Before affirmations are motivations. People should be motivated to improve themselves and their life in order for them to be motivated to practice affirmations

Best for Beginners.

By all means buy this book even if you already use affirmations or new to using affirmations, this is a must buy. I would glady have given this more stars if available, this book is that good and effective and easy to follow,use and apply. I highly recommend this book.

Great affirmations in this book.

There are some great affirmations in this book. However, for me, the information on creating your own affirmations is the best part. This down to earth with simple to understand examples.

Excellent overview.

It’s really helpful for learning how to develop affirmations that will truly affect and help you. I try to use the affirmations in this book every day and it’s really allowed me to become more positive thinking.

Extremely helpful.
