Leadership has been a burden to a lot of people, and many wonder whether people have to be born with it or it is something one acquires here on this earth. The question many people have been asking is are leaders born or made?. Everyone is born with the ability to lead, even though many people are born with the capability to lead in a skillful way according to their temperament; it takes training to become an effective leader. Many leadership book authors or writers insist that leaders are made or developed, which means that if you have not been trained, then you cannot be a leader; however, from my research, all I have read about leadership is that it is a pill or a capsule for leaders to become good or effective leaders. It means that everyone is a leader by birth. Why am I saying this? The biblical understanding about leadership has exemplified every married man to be the head of the family, that means that if you are born a man, whether you are trained or not, a time will come when you will lead your own empire as a family leader or head of a particular family; therefore, you were born to lead your wife in the family. BORN A LEADER. Same as a woman; the moment you give birth; you become a leader just to lead your children. If indeed someone automatically becomes a leader by giving birth- which is part of the growth process, then leaders are born. My point is that everyone is a leader. But to become a good or effective leader, that is when you need to be raised. So, the statement should be: good leaders are raised but not leaders are raised. Leaders are born. In Genesis chapter 1: 26, Then God said, Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground. The potent purpose of GOD was for us to be like HIM and to rule. 26 b: so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and birds in the sky, over livestock and all wild animals and over creatures that move along the ground. GOD Himself created you for that purpose, and that is to rule, to be a leader over what He has done. How can a man be born with no leadership intent? Even though you were not Adam, so you were not created you were born so what Bible is saying is not about you, it refers to Adam; okay let us look at the generations and trace to our time. Leaders are born, except that they are only built from determine, grit and a need to thrive. God created man in his own image according to Gen. 5:1-3 and verse3 KJV 7 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;2Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.3And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth: Verse 3 states, "Adam also begat a son in his own likeness. It means that GOD still duplicated Adam in Adams own likeness, which is also in the likeness of GOD. Besides, God saw everything he created and that it was good, including the reproductive system. Malachi 3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore, ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. Dont despise yourself, nor let no one convinces you that you cannot do well or you are not a leader; everybody is born as a leader. Dont mis take the gateman you see as unqualified to be a leader just because he is operating under you; he is also a husband to another family, meaning that he is also a leader within his own family.
