What do you do when you are faithfully pursuing the call of God but the fruit seems slow in coming? This Sunday, we began our new series "Pressing On" with a message drawn from Philippians 3:12-14, where Paul reminds us that the race God calls us to run is a marathon, not a sprint.
Stewardship is not just about budgets and finances. It is about faithfully stewarding the call God has placed on our lives, individually and as a church community. Setbacks, delays, and challenges are not signs of God's disapproval. They are part of the journey. Paul himself was imprisoned, shipwrecked, and persecuted, yet he kept pressing on.
The finish line is certain. Not because of luck or good fortune, but because God is faithful to His promises. Stay focused, shed the weight, and keep running.
