This is important because building too quickly can create a mess just as easily as it can create a business.

The notebook gives us room to experiment before we publish.

iLyft4U Phase II is not about starting from scratch.

It's about looking at what you already have:

Your skills. Your tools. Your experience. Your relationships. Your daily routine. Your knowledge. Your resources.

Then we ask:

Could something I'm already doing become something more?

Instead of promising success, we build small experiments.

Instead of guessing, we collect evidence.

Instead of pretending every idea will work, we document the ones that do — and the ones that don't.

That's the heart of Real Experiments. Real Stories.

The notebook becomes the thinking engine.

The website becomes the place where the finished lessons can eventually be shared.

And the real world becomes the testing ground.

This is the first of a planned series looking at the different pieces that make up the iLyft4U Phase II opportunity laboratory.

We're not trying to build the whole ranch today.

We're trying to find one trail worth testing.

So before you ask, “What business should I start?”

Maybe the better question is:

“What am I already doing that deserves a closer look?”

That is where your second act might begin.
