Oh, FFS. Apparently we’re doing this again because nobody wants to give up this life. Not Ricardo, who’s bored out of his skull because he hates being retired. Not August, who won’t stand for anyone but his husband outranking him on RateYourHit. Not the authors, who can’t resist another round of explosions and shenanigans with our favorite hitmen.
So… here we go again.
After witnessing—but not participating in—an ill-fated art heist, August and Ricardo are restless, itching for another taste of the chaotic life they once knew. When an opportunity presents itself, they take the gig. It’s just one hit for old time’s sake, and the job itself is pretty straightforward. Why not?
But of course it doesn’t take long for things to go sideways.
Now instead of just coming out of retirement for funsies, they’re in way over their heads.
And this time, they might not be able to get out alive.
Business vs. Pleasure is just further proof that we jinxed ourselves when we called Hitman vs. Hitman a standalone, and that we have absolutely zero willpower when it comes to August and Ricardo. Is it the final installment? Like for real this time?
We have no idea.
