Provides some great tools

This book explains that there are various types of disorders or problems whatever you want to call it that are defined as anxiety, and each individual needs to be treated individually. A good chunk of this book walks you through a process to help you identify what your problems are. From there it goes deep into your soul giving you exercises to help you identify the root(s) that are causing these problems. And then it helps you work through the root causes. It also provides some tools that you can use to address anxiety and panic attacks on the go.

Very helpful audiobook

This book is great for self discovery. Four stars only because I was hoping to learn a skill set to combat anxiety but have found this is more of a book to learn about myself. I do enjoy it and have partnered it with professional help so the two together seem to work well.

Great relief!!

I'd been having trouble. It was at times excruciating. Worry worry worry. I also had a panic attack on an airplane. That was tough. I called a couple of therapists which took a lot of effort. One never called me back. The other called back and said they were booked. I needed help. I got this book hoping it would provide some relief until I found a therapist. Now I won't be needing a therapist.

This audiobook may have saved my life.

I had severe anxiety. This audiobook gave me practical tools to manage the anxiety - and gave me hope. I highly recommend the audiobook.

Great listen.

I have really struggled with anxiety, panic attacks and odd for many years. This audiobook took a different approach by focusing on accepting the anxiety and working through it rather then trying to avoid situations and ignore it. It has really helped with rationalizing the what if thoughts which really helps me stay calmer during anxiety inducing situations. Great listen for anyone who struggles with any type of anxiety. :)

This audiobook seriously helped me.

This audiobook seriously helped me through my anxiety-ridden year. I had panic attacks and became nearly a hermit. This audiobook hit every nail on the head for me. It was uncanny. Knowing that another person had gone through it and used these strategies and came out on the other side helped. I recommend the audiobook without any hesitations. Totally worth every cent and gave me more of my life back.

Get this audiobook!

This is a audiobook like no other. You learn what anxiety is and panic attacks. This audiobook is the only one and I have listened others that teaches you all you need to finally be victorious. It is a wonderful feeling! Get this audiobook!

Love, love, love this audiobook!

Love, love, love this audiobook! It has helped me with my anxiety. I tried everything from acupuncture, doctors, therapists, medication, yoga, breathing exercises, CBT, an energy healer, other books, audio tapes, hypnosis, etc, etc, etc. Then I found this audiobook and it changed my life. I am not cured, but I am better and getting even better everyday. If you have tried everything or nothing I recommend trying this, you won't regret it!

It works

The audiobook is incredible

The audiobook is incredible. I've lived my entire life without any issues (49 years). Never had depression or any such thing...have always been super positive and happy. I'm the kind of guy who could smell fresh air and feel energized. After a medical situation earlier this year, I developed severe anxiety. I couldn't sleep and worried about everything. I got this audiobook to try to help...and it did. Listening to it, I realized that I've had anxiety issues my entire life but always took steps to minimize it.
