Corny but with some helpful messages
This book was recommended by a friend. Some of the messages are important and resonated with my journey … but 70 percent is just a repetitive Hallmark card I was actually cringing .. and saying aw shut up out loud instead of repeating his affirmations. Recommend though for life coaches and healers

One of the most powerful books I’ve ever read
This book is so timely to reawaken us to our purpose here with ourselves and each other. The ability to harness the power of holding space and living thru love is something we all have access to. This book touches on so many important aspects to living a life in alignment. It has guiding principles on making better observations rather than judgments, and helps us to take a look at ourselves and how we choose to react. It encourages self forgiveness and acknowledges the battles we are all fighting. It’s not dismissive of others’ pain and situations but helps us to hold more compassion. This is a universal book open to all people and beliefs. I highly recommend it! Thank you Matt Kahn for such a deeply inspiring and profound body of work! Life changing for sure! Absolutely beautiful.

A beautiful guide for beginning 2022 🌎
Matt Kahn did a brilliant job writing and voicing one of his most successful and helpful guidebooks of this year.
You can feel the emotion from within his heart with which he conveys his message, and the everlasting respect he has for everyone on this journey.
I encourage anyone who is seeking more understanding on how to navigate through these interesting times, as well as their family dynamics, to give our brother Matt's composition a listen.
