    Missing chapter

    Chapter one is about depression and anxiety from some other book with a different narrator. Otherwise, good coverage of basics.

    Three hours of very general information.

    The narrator makes whistling sounds with every s and ch in the English vocabulary - sometimes 2 or 3 times in the same word. Besides that, the book is as general as can possibly be. In my opinion, completely worthless.
