Not kind to mind the best,

To keep something In your mind,

For your own health it’s not kind,

In a friend or family member,

Or some other you should speak to or confide,

To worry yourself you could end up depressed,

To speak to someone and confess,

You will be kinder to your mind,

The stress will be less,

Other wise to end up building it up,

You will end up with aggression,

There is no harm or shame in seeing a professional,

It will help to get rid of the aggression,

You are not alone,

All you have to do is go online for help,

Or pick up the mobile phone,

Someone will listen,

I understand right now it feels like a mission,

Please read and speak to someone so they can listen,
