Jackie and her companions have been captured. After infiltrating a weekend retreat, in which men from all over the world came to buy and torture women in a frenzy of sex and games.
They are on their way to the clinic. When women are used beyond repair, or when customers displeased Bethany Davis, they are sold to a private organ bank where they will be carved up for their body parts and then cremated.
