Migo sets out to discover the truth behind his father's murderer, but a shaman seer intervenes, and Katsi unwittingly ends up foiling Migo's plans. Somebody has been trying to pit them against each other to continue the bloody war. Instead, they team up to find out who is working against them, but the secret runs deep, and the cost is greater than either of them could have imagined.

They wanted power in order to bring peace, but power has terrible consequences. Migo has become something different. After all, the best way to defeat a monster, is to become one, but he still doesn't know if this will give him enough power to save Katsi.
