When Tori saw what she thought was a garden gnome in her backyard, little did she guess the adventures that would await her. Armed with kindness, compassion, and a few funny jokes, this young girl sets out on the quest of a lifetime–to help the magical phoenix be reborn, and prevent the world from falling into darkness. She travels underground rivers, meets magical creatures, and overcomes great obstacles in her quest for the phoenix.

When the world fractures, the ultimate journey begins. When earthquakes and tornadoes shake the world, young Tori and Hudson’s quiet farm life turns upside down. With the world crumbling around them, the adults don’t know how to stop the chaos. But a glimmer of hope remains. Tori's gnome friends, Malcolm and Seamus, have discovered an ancient prophecy created by mystical elves known only as the Weavers. To find them, the siblings and their brave companions must navigate the North Passage, a wild underground river packed with magical trials, dangerous illusions, and terrifying fears.
