My name is Jackie. I grew up – literally – in the restaurant industry. My mother and father owned, operated, and managed restaurants in New York. Now, after successful careers in the fire service and government, I find myself back in the thick of the food and beverage industry. Join me as I talk to local restaurant owners, food and beverage purveyors, and anyone and everyone associated with the dining experience.
