My name is Rob Quicke, I am the new director of the W. Page Pitt School of Journalism & Mass Communications at Marshall University, Huntington, West Virginia. I am new to Marshall University, new to West Virginia, but not to the USA. For almost 17 years I was living in New Jersey and New York, and just a few weeks ago I moved to Huntington for my new job. Very quickly I have had several experiences in West Virginia that have immersed me into my new home, and this podcast is about sharing some of them with you. Perhaps we’ll both learn something along the way.
