Let's take a trip down memory lane, and revisit a time when you used to make mixtapes or mix CDs for your friends in high school. Each week, I have one of my friends send me a mix that they would have made back in the day, and we have fun talking about their song choices and what they were like in school. The nostalgia is real up in here.

I lost my dad, Bruce Chapman, in 2015 to colon cancer. It’s been 6 years and I still miss him every day. It’s a constant grief that I don’t think I’ll ever get over, but instead, I can learn to live with it. In this series I've dedicated to my dad, I'll talk to friends and family members about my grief and the ways that I cope. Hopefully, it helps anyone else who is also struggling with their own loss, and will also help to carry on the legacy of my dad, who was a funny funny guy.
