This poem was inspired by a program I saw on silkworms and their germination and metamorphosis into adult moths (which they generally never get to because of the demand for their silk).

The Wolf poem was inspired by William Blake's "The Tyger". It has the same regular form & meter as "The Tyger". With tempo and stanza (of the quatrain type), and is about one single animal in the natural world. Where it differs from William Blake's poem is that the "The Tyger" has more religious connotations, not surprising for the times in which it was written.

A person listening in to the Moon and the Earth having a conversation. A poem, looking from another angle on the Planets biosystems demise. Will COP26 change anything?

GAZA Today: Would You Turn Your Back. Everyone knows what Gaza is. A strip of land in the Middle East, being vociferously fought over. I don't want to get into the Politics of it, but at least a brush with it is unavoidable if you attempt any kind of dialogue or description of the occurrences that are happening there — truly awful. This poem is a short one, and keeps to the suffering of its people, and not delving too much into sides of the Political spectrum. I think the suffering in a modern day scenario with instant and graphic footage of this one-sided war is horrific.

In all its guises, it represents a new era in remote 'close contact'. The Drone itself being sent from a remote location and controlled at a remote location, but the target being an individual, small group or military vehicle like the Tank.

Matters of Urgency (Biz): A poem about the cut and thrust of the Business world. How businesses in the boardroom deal with the aspects of promotion.
