Anxiety Disorders affect about 40 million people in the U.S. alone and many millions more worldwide. Within this resource, each type of disorder is described in detail. Symptoms, diagnosis and treatments are discussed in easy-to-understand but concise language, so that both novice readers and those in the mental health profession can benefit from the information provided.

Having written a number of Christian book titles and most relating only a small portion of my personal testimony and experiences regarding my personal relationship with God, I decided to write a new title including more of these aspects. With the fact that a lifetime as a Christian can include many unique experiences, as is the case with me and with the blessings being virtually innumerable, I include only a few select experiences and viewpoints of most significance to me.

The "Best Darn" reference in the title, is not to imply that this is an extensive medical journal but rather that the book contains all aspects of information on the subject that most laypersons would be seeking.

The scriptures also give 100s of other detailed prophecies concerning the future second coming of Christ. The future of Christians and the future destiny of the world in-general are covered in these prophecies in amazing detail as well.

Patients with thyroid diseases can experience complications despite being treated for their thyroid disorders. Some complications may be related to inadequate treatment that is in need of being better optimized while other complications arise due to the disease itself and must be treated as a seperate health disorder. In this audiobook I have endeavored to address the more common complications seen in thyroid patients and the treatments that are commonly recommended for them.

Presented within the chapters of this audiobook, are some of the most intriguing scriptural studies from the Old and New Testaments, with some of them also being considered controversial doctrines. This resource is written from a Christian perspective for consideration by others who believe the Holy Bible to be inspired, revealed knowledge, given to man by God himself, through those he inspired to write, by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Some sources who express disagreement with the Genesis Gap doctrine of Old Earth Creationism, including those that are online, have implied that the teaching is based on only a few scant scriptures within the Holy Bible however; this is far from being the case. While they would likely never admit to it, they have not in-actuality, heard a complete representation of the teaching presented in full.

This is my personal story regarding symptoms, diagnosis and treatment for autoimmune hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Adrenal Fatigue and other metabolic-related conditions that developed co-morbid to my thyroid disease. I also share information regarding my symptom-struggles including emotional aspects and about my difficulties in finding a doctor experienced in treating thyroid disease with related conditions attached to it.

Over 100 types of PN have been identified, according to medical research organizations. This demonstrates the fact that each person will experience the physical results of damaged or diseased nerves, differently than do their fellow patients. Some people feel more of the burning sensation while others may feel very strong tingling that literally feels as if a colony of ants are stinging them simultaneously on their feet and/or legs. As a Thyroid Patient Advocate, I have experienced many of the same struggles my fellow patients go through. Most of the general population is not well informed about a common condition affecting the liver, that affects an estimated 29 million people in America alone. Up to 6.5 million of these people, will go on to experience inflammation in their livers or what is also referred to as "steatohepatitis." Many will eventually experience cirrhosis in their livers, meaning scarring/lesions that will begin to appear within the organ, which is irreversible and that can eventually lead to death or in the need for a life-saving liver transplant.
