It's been awhile and just wanted to share what is going on in case you are not a listener of the Speaklifepodcast.com where I have been providing weekly updates.

I don't believe God is laughing at your plans. Which in opposition to the old Yiddish proverb that Men makes plans and God laughs.

In spite of what is going on in my life, I am leaning into what Moses said.

"Teach us to number our days,
that we may gain a heart of wisdom."

Psalm 90:12

As we learn to number our days, we can prepare for the days ahead by committing them into God's hands and appointing them for the fulfilling of His purposes. Teaching us to not just sit and wait passively as to what the days will bring but praying for the days that haven't happened yet.

I also believe what God told Jeremiah, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

I woke of this morning with this in my head. Thought I'd share it with you for what its worth. Someone (on Facebook or IG) in your circle.

• Someone you know is grieving and lost a loved one.
• Someone you know cried themselves to sleep.
• Someone you know drank too much to try to forget.
• Someone you know is lonely and losing hope.
• Someone you know has thoughts about suicide today
• Everyone you know needs your kindness.

Be kind and rewind.
