HEYYYY FRIENDS!!:) I'm back after fall break with tons of updates, as promised, and also some things that I wanted to be transparent about. The updates are long and very detailed so if you're just wanting to hear the TEA, feel free to skip ahead in the epiii. I hope that by me being super open and honest it helps at least just one person feel like they aren't alone. Sometimes it's hard initially opening up, but this podcast is a safe space to have those hard convos every now and then. I'm not perfect, and no one is. It's okay to reflect and check in with yourself every now and then to see what things you may be struggling with atm. As always, share this podcast with your friends and I really hope you enjoyed this one cause I know I did heheh.
