I had been asked to be a guest at the School of Management at Bradford University, where we were going to have a discussion about Intellectual Property.

The last question they asked us was 'Who was my management hero? Who has inspired or influenced me the most in my career?'

I said, that was my Mum and my Dad. Little did I know that my Dad would pass away just over 24 hours later, after a battle with a form of Motor Neuron Disease.

This episode is dedicated to him, and I have included my tribute which involves lots of pictures so is best to head over to my YouTube channel to watch it there.
