this was recorded bright and early today morning and i wanted to post this today itself because it just proves the whole point i make in this episode - waking up early as a form of time management can really help you get work done and reduce your stresses.
while it's a short episode, its genuinely something that talks about a tiny chunk of the effort i've been taking to help myself both academically and emotionally.
i do want to keep posting often and i may post shorter episodes such as this one, let me know if you have any topic suggestions or questions you want to ask that i can talk about.
