À propos de ce contenu audio

2026 is here, And I believe it's time we all have this conversation. Things are not getting any better in our country when it comes to the judicial system and justice. I've talked to several of my friends who are still in prison despite them being obviously innocent (Jason Perez - 22 years, Carmen - 43 years, and Justin Stevenson - 9 years). Our constitutional rights in America have been saturated by case law and the misinterpretation of judges who have allowed the position to overwhelm their ego. Your freedom, your rights isn't dependent upon the wording of our Constitution, and our lives have become a lucrative commodity. There are too many people in prison who don't deserve to be (Matthew Garcia - 28 years, Shakur - 40 years) Addiction has also Spiraled out of control and has consumed our country. The youth is being influenced by immaturity without regulation, and the consequences are becoming discernable. We need a different approach then what we've been doing. And I think, this is the year We need to act.2025 Politique et gouvernement Sciences politiques

    • Episode 54. Can they do this to him
      Jan 27 2026

Sgt. EL and I became friends after we learned we both have many things in common, i.e., in addition to believing in second chances for people who deserve a second chance, we both sufffer from a plethora of mental health issues. Unfortunately, he has been recieving backlash from his place of employment, the Department of Corrections, which also has a large sign out front that states they do "not discriminate." Sgt. EL is starting his own podcast and I support him. NOTE: This conversation has STRONG LANGUAGE and TALKS OF SUICIDE.

    • Episode 53. Solitary Confinement
      Jan 26 2026

Some of my friends and I have opted to go to solitary confinement to get away from the reality that we belong to. After a few days, you begin to hallucinate, after a month you may not want to leave, This isn't the case for everyone. Some can't hadle it and eventually lose their minds completely. This is my 2nd conversation with Pat while he was in the Hole and he gets out soon. He is no stranger to solitary. His sister joins us for the first few minuets.

    • Episode 52. Extracted from SCI Benner
      Jan 19 2026

When COVID 19 hit, we were given the option to take a vaccine shot or solitary confinement. The next day we learned that they recalled the shot we took. The administration came to answer out shouts and insured us that though we took the recalled vaccine, we were fine. They even tried to get us to sign a waver. Since then, several of us have fell victim to a kidney disease - me included. I was fortunate to recieve treatment out here. My friend Jay was transferred to another prison and while there, though the guards were plotting. It's happened before, so he was prepared this time, and the prison had to shut down in order to extract him. Also, My niece, Seren, who is 4 years old, joins us in the first few minuets because I was babysitting. Enjoy
