  • From Survival Mode to Thriving: Four Truths for People Who Grew Up Poor
    May 4 2026

If you were born into poverty, nobody taught you how to rest, receive, or feel safe. You were taught how to survive. And survival isn't the same thing as healing. In this episode, I share four truths every woman who grew up poor needs to hear if she’s ready to stop just getting by and start actually enjoying her life. I’m speaking from lived experience: no running water, homelessness as a child, constant instability, and growing up surrounded by chaos. This work is personal. As a freedom coach, I help women break generational cycles so they can move from survival mode into a life that feels safe, abundant, joyful, and aligned. Some of what I share may challenge you and that’s okay. I invite you to listen, sit with it, take what resonates, and leave the rest. We’re on this journey together and my hope is simple: that you stop surviving and finally begin to thrive. 🔗 If you're ready to take your career to the next level: https://mailchi.mp/2f08b1a33693/tggh. • Before You Go Fully Remote, Watch This
    Apr 20 2026

In this episode, I share 3 reasons why I would never work from home full-time and why I believe visibility, relationships, and presence still play a major role in career growth. While remote work offers flexibility, it can also limit access to promotion opportunities, mentorship, and sponsorship, especially for women navigating corporate spaces. I also open up about a personal experience where someone attempted to damage my reputation at work and how the relationships I intentionally built with coworkers helped protect me in that moment. From daily interactions to intentional connection-building, I break down how being seen and known at work directly impacted my opportunities and advancement.
