Anthony has paired these frights with a classic Smokey Old Fashioned. The only fog you run towards…

Ingredients:

• 2 jiggers (3 oz) Benchmark bourbon (substitute with your favorite brand)
• 1/2 jigger (3/4 oz) maple simple syrup
• 2 dashes of Fee Brothers Old Fashion Aromatic Bitters
• 2 dashes of Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
• Garnish: fresh orange peel twist, one dark maraschino cherry (Luxardo or Rex brands recommended), and a good amount of smoke (we smoked with a combination of apple wood, cherry wood, whole cloves, and cinnamon stick)

Steps:

1. Add large ice cube to tumbler glass
2. Dash bitters over large Ice cube
3. Pour simple syrup and bourbon into glass and stir
4. Twist orange peel over glass and run the orange peel around the rim of the glass
5. Add orange peel and maraschino cherry to glass
6. Smoke the hell out of it using a cocktail smoker kit and serve
