Today, I leave you with a quick download on how your childhood is still leading your life and making your decisions for you. Then, I share a riff I did on my IG stories @jodierodenbaugh after a client intensive where we went into these phases and stages of his childhood, extracted the core of his decisions, and rewired it all so that he's leading with his creative juice not what he didn't get as a young boy.

To say I blew his mind in the first 15 minutes of this 90 minute session would be an understatement, but then we also rewired his nervous system, rebalanced his brain, and handed back to him his core power.

He is scaling both his life & business but felt stuck, like he was spinning in circles knowing what to do but not being able to execute it due to his parents still leading his decisions.

Long term effects depend on embodiment practice because muscle has memory so he can choose to allow himself to be supported in the real physical change, but what he knows about himself now can never be fully forgotten but he can create amnesia and memory loss if he tires to scale without the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic expansion as well.
