À propos de ce contenu audio

You Matter, I Matter is a podcast for honest, human conversations about trust, connection, and what it really means to belong.

In a world that often pulls us apart — from ourselves and from each other — this podcast exists as a gentle remembering: that we were never truly separate. Through raw, reflective, and deeply human dialogue, each episode invites you into a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or strive. Just arrive.

Here, we explore what it means to matter — first to ourselves, and then in relationship with others. We speak openly about trust, commitment, growth, loneliness, belonging, and the quiet inner work of becoming more conscious without losing who we are.

This isn’t self-help, hustle culture, or quick answers. It’s a slower, more grounded space for reflection, truth, and real connection. A place to feel less alone, more seen, and gently called back to what’s true.

Because transformation doesn’t begin with fixing what’s broken.
It begins when we show up — in trust, in relationship, and in truth.

You matter. I matter.
And you’re welcome here.

For those ready to go deeper, I offer live retreats that bring these themes into embodied experience — and soon, private coaching for those seeking more personalised support.

    • Everything You Want Is on the Other Side of What You Won’t Feel | Spiritual Awakening with Danielle Collins
      Feb 19 2026

      Send a text

In this episode, Danielle and I explore the reality of spiritual awakening — the fear, the faith, and the emotional depth it requires.

We talk about how Reiki opened the door for both of us, the courage it takes to leave what no longer aligns, and why transformation isn’t about bypassing your feelings but fully experiencing them.

We dive into people-pleasing, past life echoes, intuitive leaps, and the power of slowing down enough to listen. This is an honest, grounded conversation about letting go, trusting the unknown, and evolving into the next version of yourself.

      About Danielle:

Danielle Collins is a passionate Leader and Teacher of 'The FLOW Philosophy', from her book "How to REALLY go with the FLOW". Sharing down to Earth, straight talking, sweary spiritual wisdom and insights, in a fun, playful and simple way. • Feeling Stuck? How Dance and Shaking Help Release Emotional Blocks | James Ainsworth
      Feb 12 2026

      Send a text

On New Year’s Eve 2021, I made a different choice. Instead of repeating the usual pattern of drinking, distraction, and waking up hungover on January 1st, I walked into a sober ecstatic dance event alone. I was anxious. I was nervous. And it changed my life.

In this episode, I explore how movement became medicine — not just as a way to have fun, but as a powerful tool for emotional release, confidence, and self-connection. I share how learning to “dance with the emotion” helped me move through fear, anxiety, guilt, and resistance rather than suppressing them.

We talk about embodiment, projection, and why the qualities you admire in others — confidence, charisma, energy — already exist within you. The key is learning how to reclaim them.

This conversation is about more than dance. It’s about using movement to process emotions, build resilience, and take aligned action in your life. Whether through ecstatic dance, shaking, yoga, running, or any form of embodied practice, your body holds the wisdom.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or held back by fear, this episode is an invitation to move — and see what shifts.

    • Shining a Light on What’s Possible: How to Discover Your Why, Purpose and Core Values | Amy Rowlinson
      Feb 5 2026

      Send us a text

What does it really mean to live with purpose—and why do so many people feel successful on the outside, yet unfulfilled within?

In this episode, we explore the difference between purpose and why, and how understanding your core values can transform the way you live, work, and relate to others. We discuss why purpose isn’t something you find externally, but something you uncover by reconnecting with what truly matters to you.

Through honest reflection and real-life experiences, we look at how living on autopilot can slowly pull you away from yourself, and how moments of discomfort, challenge, or change often become catalysts for deeper clarity. We unpack how values shape decisions, why burnout and dissatisfaction are often signs of misalignment, and how taking personal responsibility for fulfilment can shift everything.

This conversation is for anyone questioning their direction, feeling that something is “off” despite outward success, or wanting to create a life that feels more intentional, meaningful, and aligned. Rather than offering quick answers, this episode invites you into deeper inquiry—helping you reconnect with who you are, what you stand for, and what truly fuels the life you’re here to live.
