Welcome to my podcast. This podcast is all about how what your five senses presents to you as far as the brain is concerned, plays a big part in every choice, decision, action, and behavior that you do negatively or positively. Part of the reason why we ended up down the negative situations that we went through is because we trusted other people, versus us doing our own research to verify if what they were saying was true. We also let our emotions lead us down the wrong path because we wanted to be loved, liked, appreciated, valued, wanted, needed, to be a part of something, validated, to be approved, to be accepted, for someone to know your worth, and to prove something to people that will never for the same to you. A lot of the people that you are trying to be captain save a hole, build a bears, build, dolls, people, pleasers, and fillers will never do the same for you. So instead of us using our critical thinking, common sense, and common judgment based upon the research that we did based upon what our senses presented to us, going through the pros and cons of the situation, the morals, values, principles, and ethics, as well as the consequences, repercussions, and karma of our actions should determine what choices, decisions, actions, and behaviors that we do. So 99.9% of the decisions that we make, are not based upon research, or thinking about it, it is more based upon how we feel about the situation and the people who we listen to. so majority of the negative things that we have went through is based upon our feelings more so than our thoughts and the information that we should’ve gotten to make the right decision. So, this podcast is all about helping people as far as how to go about processing the information that your five senses present to you, as well as your body? How the mind and the body have to be on the same page in order to make the correct decision? How the mind and body do not always agree when it comes to the actions, choices, decisions, and behaviors that we do? These are just a few things that will be talking about on this podcast. I look forward to you guys enjoying and listening to this new podcast that I’ve created.

  • Episode 38- My Conversation Crrow777 About the Observation Before Interpretation.
    Oct 24 2026
In this episode, I spoke to Crow777 about observation before interpretation, like looking through a camera lens when it comes to life experiences. We talked about his beginnings when it came to his telescope that eventually became much more than an instrument for observing the sky. It became a discipline for training attention. Unfortunately, we were unable to finish the podcast due to internet issues on his end caused by a storm. We spoke about exploring mythology, psychology, symbolism, media influence, or artificial intelligence; the process remains the same: observe, separate experience from interpretation, compare competing explanations, and remain willing to revise conclusions. A little about Crow777, Crow is the host and creator of Crrow777 Radio, a podcast that delves into hidden knowledge, esoteric teachings, and the mysteries of the natural world. As an amateur astronomer, Crow became widely known for capturing the Lunar Wave, an anomaly he filmed and shared on YouTube in 2013. His earlier telescope observations include phenomena such as the Thruster, the Vortex, and the Shooting Orb, all of which are documented in his film, “Shoot the Moon”. Currently, Crow is focusing on the Sun through his hydrogen-alpha solar telescope, creating stunning imagery and animations that showcase double-looping prominences, surface detail, and the intricate movement of sunspots. Crow has a strong commitment to decency, common sense, and promoting critical thinking, and is always challenging conventional narratives. The full archive of his work is held on a private server at https://www.crrow777radio.com/. We will finishing the part 2 of this episode soon. I hop that you enjoy the episode dispute the conversation not being finished. I decided to post it because was a great conversation.

  • Episode 37- My Conversation with Tom Mitchell about Functional Treatment and American Health Care.
    Sep 26 2026
In this episode, I had a conversation with Tom Mitchell about functional treatment and American healthcare. We talked about American healthcare when it comes to functional treatment. What is functional treatment, and proper care when it comes to patient care? We discussed US healthcare and issues that we, as patients and providers, face when it comes to the disconnect in patient care. We talked about programming the body to match the mind, and how resilience gets built before you need it. We discussed how people show up with pain, weight they can't shake, or fatigue that won't quit, and the real work is syncing the physical systems with the mental patterns that keep them stuck. Why people wants root-cause answers, not more generic wellness noise? A little about Tom Mitchell, he is Clinic Director at Chicago Institute for Health and Wellness, and has spent 20 years practicing functional medicine with one stubborn question behind everything he does: what's actually wrong, and why? He brought together chiropractic care, applied kinesiology, functional movement, and clinical nutrition, including some training concepts that he developed around neuro-stabilization. I've broken multiple national bench press records and a world record in the World Drug Free Power-lifting Association, so when I talk performance and recovery and is speaking from under the bar, not just behind a desk. It was a great conversation, and I hope that you enjoy and learn from the conversation.

  • Episode 36 My Conversation with Jobert E. Abueva about The Janus Plan: Beating the Procrastination Trap.
    Sep 12 2026
In this episode, I had a conversation with Jobert E. Abueva about The Janus Plan: Beating the Procrastination Trap. We spoke about procrastination traps that keep people from reaching their goals, moving on from negative situations, overcoming low self-esteem, self-love, self-respect, self-worth, self-value, self-confidence, and believing in yourself when no one else does, and lowering yourselves to build other people up. When many people think about procrastination, they think about people who are lazy and have no inspiration. He breaks down the Janus Plan when it comes to beating the procrastination traps that are keeping you from reaching your goals and the path, purpose, and journey that you are meant to be on. He spoke on mindful cleansing & global rituals when it comes to detoxing the mind from the past and things that are keeping you stagnant, stuff, and procrastination. We spoke on why people's New Year's resolutions are broken by February. How to go about overcoming fear and insecurities that keep you procrastinating and quitting? How can our relationship with our parents be the cause of not doing the things that you can actually do, due to making you feel less than what you are, and breaking your self-esteem and self-worth? A little about Jobert E. Abueva: he is an MBA, TEDx speaker ("Beyond Resolutions: The Art of Beginning with Intention"), and award-winning author whose work has appeared in The New York Times and The Philadelphia Inquirer. Jobert is warm, articulate, and deeply relatable. Instead, he developed a flexible, 6-step framework—inspired by Janus, the two-faced Roman god of thresholds and transitions—to help people reflect on the past, clear mental and physical clutter, and build sustainable life momentum without punitive pressure. This was a great conversation, and hopefully there will be a second conversation coming soon. I hope you guys enjoy the episode.
