    • #19 CONNECTION: LOW BACK RELEASE
      Nov 25 2025

In this Connection Spark, we ease into an extended supported bridge pose to melt tension held deep in the lower back. With the sacrum supported, the nervous system begins to settle, allowing space for release, breath, and quiet internal connection. This short, restorative practice invites you to soften your grip on the day, reconnect with your center, and let your low back feel held and spacious.
