- From a concept of street circus , Guy Laliberté who founded Le Cirque created a concept like no other that remained unique worldwide to this day.
- Managing the day to day and growth for Le Cirque gave Daniel an opportunity to adapt a winning business model to an entertainment concept and globalize it.
- For over 7,000 employees Daniel deployed leadership and consistency in best practices and operation excellence for all these years with investors who always gave the crucial financial stability to promote creativity and make it the center focus of the company. He developed an R&D department, focus groups, IT teams to be on top of the technology and maximize the magic effect of spectacle producing shows and reinventing / innovating constantly.
- Covid was the most challenging time for his career and Le Cirque itself. He maintained the great spirit of the company.
- The motto for Le Cirque is “Invoke Imagination, Provoke Senses of people, Evoke Emotions of people around the world” and this is what has been constant so far for the organization.
- AI is not a challenge but a tool for Le Cirque - it can improve and contribute to creativity but not replace the human touch and talents of the 1,000’s artists who work day and night to entertain and impress upon masses of fans.
- There is not one day they are not receiving feedback and letters of gratitude so much Le Cirque and the experience is literally CHANGING PEOPLE’S LIVES.
- During Covid this was proven that positivity prevails and that’s what he focused on as a leader. He shared how much he knew that the team will survive through the crisis and rebound. And that’s what really happened eventually :-)
