Following up on our conversation with Matt McCulloch about kids and sports, we wanted to talk about strategies and training approaches to help kids become more comfortable and confident in their bodies, to learn that movement is fun and to set them up for a lifetime of physical enjoyment. Kids come into Pilates and personal training for many different reasons.
