  1. Work-life balance is a lie because balance implies a qualitative and quantitative equivalence between work and life, which simply isn't true.

  2. Work-life balance creates a false dichotomy because work is an integral part of life.

  3. Work and life are fluid. They're always moving and we have to learn to move with them, instead of forcing ourselves into some unnatural balance that we think we're supposed to be in.
