TEAHCERS, MENTORS, ELDERS, FRIENDS, ROOTS... we all need them, we all have them.

There have never been larger generational gaps than right now. The world you grew up in is completely a different world than that of your parents. And their parents. And the kids now? SO DIFFERENT.
Think of how quickly the world has changed and is changing.
And loneliness is an epidemic. I am certainly not immune to it. We can all feel pretty lost and confused as these changes continue to happen. Both in our internal and external worlds. And how do we regulate amidst the chaos?  We seek safety.  In places, in people, in experiences that ground us. Remind us we're safe. Remind us we're here to HAVE FUN. To laugh. To lift heavy weights. To sing Taylor Swift. To be kind. To heal.
To live the life our ancestors fought for us to have.
As a collective, especially as women- there's been a separation. A mistrust, a fear. Between each other, between our sisters. 
And so with that I provide a glimpse into the wisdom of multi generations of women. I, a 33 year old (she/her) "millennial" American, representing those of us who grew up spending weekends doing laps around the local mall, or blacking out in basements. Remembering how I want to exist in this world and coming Home to me. 
 I am a seeker, and have been on a journey of self-discovery, self-love and healing for 4 years. A toddler, really.  But wow- WHAT A JOURNEY IT IS! Along the way I've noticed I attract, and connect really well with older women... a generation, maybe two,  to my youth- yet the connection, the wisdom, the mutual respect, the LOVE is so present and rich in these relationships. 
And let me tell ya- these women have WISDOM!! (we all do!) So, in the spirit of Spread Love, I will be sharing conversations, transmissions, workshops, journeys and everything in between. Bridging the gap of multi-generational LOVING between women as we wake up and reclaim our love & purpose like never before!
