À propos de ce contenu audio

This is a space for mindful mamas committed to living their best lives while raising kids to thrive. The ones setting boundaries, breaking generational patterns, making learning a lifestyle, and raising their kids with intention—even when it feels messy or misunderstood. I’m Jamie—a mama, wellness coach, and cancer survivor—here to share what I’m learning and have the conversations I wish more moms were having. In each episode, you’ll hear either a journal-style solo from me or a raw, inspiring interview with another mom on the wellness train. We’ll talk about supporting our bodies through movement, nourishment, rest, and rhythm; regulating our nervous systems, ditching diet culture, living cyclically, raising conscious kids, and coming home to ourselves—over and over again. No shame. No shoulds. Just stories, insights, and reminders that you’re not doing this alone. Because when moms feel grounded, inspired, and wildly well—everybody benefits. 🫶Copyright 2025 Jamie Hardy Cooper Développement personnel Hygiène et vie saine Médecine alternative et complémentaire Parentalité Relations Réussite personnelle

    • How to Raise Self-Aware Kids: Emotional Intelligence & Reflective Parenting in Action
      Oct 7 2025

In this episode of Wildly Well Mamas, I chat with my friend Alyssa—a school psychologist and mom of 2 school-aged kids—about the messy, beautiful reality of raising children who are self-aware and internally motivated when it comes to wellness.

Alyssa shares how she uses reflective parenting and emotional intelligence in both her work and her family life. From asking reflective questions that help kids identify their feelings, to modeling self-awareness herself, Alyssa offers practical tools for creating safe spaces, honoring children’s needs, and supporting them in making choices that feel right for them.

We also talk about the unique dynamics of bicultural family life, conflict resolution with compassion, and why teaching kids to trust their own inner wisdom is one of the greatest gifts we can give them.

This conversation is packed with insights for parents who want to raise kind, conscious kids while also deepening their own self-awareness along the way. 🌿

    • From Vegetarian to Nutrivore: Redefining My Relationship with Food & Reclaiming My Energy
      Sep 30 2025

Food is personal. Tender. Sometimes even controversial. Which is why I’ve hesitated to share my story—until now.

In this solo episode of Wildly Well Mamas, I share my journey of shifting from years as a vegetarian to discovering the power of nutrient-dense, ancestral foods—and how that shift made me feel alive again.

Along the way we’ll explore how nutrition shapes not just our bodies, but our energy, hormones, longevity, and even the legacy we pass on.

Some amazing resources I mention in the episode 💛

      Weston A Price Foundation

      The Primal Blueprint

      Deep Nutrition
