In her spare time, she is the President of Cierra Sisters, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support, education, and advocacy for women of African descent who are impacted by breast cancer. Dee shares with us how the local market impacts her profession, her commitment to generational wealth and how changing her mindset allowed her to grow her business.
