The purpose of everything that is happening to you is simple. We are being required to allow our heart to heal completely. Every struggle, conflict and painful challenge we experience is a result of our resistance to the healing force of love. The more we resist our healing, the more we will suffer. So let go of your resistance - which is essentially fear and tension in your body - and allow Divine Love (a.k.a. God) full access to your heart. Drop any resistance, and choose to fully reveal yourself to God - your fear, insecurity, anger, sadness. Let it all be seen, and ASK to be healed. Ask for peace to replace anxiety, ask for joy to replace sadness and pessimism. If you are humble enough to ask for these things, and accept that you cannot achieve a perfected heart by your own efforts, healing will surely occur. So please, be humble, communicate with God, and be willing to fully let go of anger, hostility and resistance. Love, peace and joy await you.
