I still believe deeply in coaching when it’s done right, with the right coach, in the right season. I’ve worked with incredible coaches who supported me through major life transitions, and I’m genuinely grateful for that chapter of my business. But over the last few months, something shifted.

AND at the end of last year, I started noticing that every time I brought a question to my coach… I already knew the answer.
