À propos de ce contenu audio
Why is everyone going sober these days?
I don’t have a definitive answer but what I CAN do is tell you about my own sobriety journey as a non-sober person.
Yes, I want to be straight-up with you about the fact I do drink occasionally now. But in order to get to here, I had to go through a very very long stint of sobriety. So I do feel qualified to speak about this overall movement that’s happening where people who wouldn’t normally consider themselves alcoholics opt to go sober.
This episode is also for the woman who slid into my DMs asking about my experiences when I was sober.
