Hello everyone and thank you for watching my first episode of my healing journey❤️I am Ellie or Eloise and I will talking about my own experience of how I started therapy and why. I know it isn't easy and the first step is usually the hardest but the MOST important. So I'm here to give you any encouragement you may need🫶🏼Whether you have trauma, unprocessed thoughts and feelings, relationships issues, or just general anxiety... we ALL have a reason for needing professional help so it is nothing to be ashamed of. Since starting therapy I have changed a lot and I wanted to reintroduce myself for those who knew me before. Although I am still figuring out who I am myself... and I'm taking you on the ride with me!We go into a little mini breathwork exercise that I've been doing recently to really ground myself and ease my anxiety. I know a LOT of us have anxiety in our day to day lives and focusing on your breath can really help that🥰Any feedback, advice or questions PLEASE throw them my way!!!! This is my first episode and I am very very eager to learn how I can get better at this and help more people to heal and reconnect with their authentic selves❤️🩹
