When a comet falls near the mining town of Whisperwind, adventurers from all corners of Aemoris come to seek the bounty said to be contained within; a magical metal called Starsteel. Some seek it for it's magical crafting qualities, others for the price it can fetch to the right buyer. Because such a treasure is so highly coveted, it's not safe to go alone. Five such adventurers find themselves in need of an alliance before heading off to seek their treasure. 

*Please note, we had some unfortunate audio issues in the first few minutes of the episode. In an attempt to ease this, we had to go in and "re-record" a few very small segments during the editing process. This only happens a couple of times in the first few minutes, and the re-recorded audio is exactly what was said in the original recording. There's just a slight difference in sound that you may notice for those brief instances.

Before setting off on their quest for the crater, the party stops to visit the town master, Faerburg, and learns that one person has gone missing from the town. They take some time to investigate, and deliberate on some disturbing details regarding the return of the orc clan that Faerburg drove off almost two decades ago.
