      Oct 14 2025

What does plastic surgery have to do with High Performance? That's simple. One word. Confidence. Surgery isn't for everyone. But for the "right" candidate with sincere motivations it can be a game changer. But to get INCREDIBLE results you need an INCREDIBLE Surgeon. Enter Dr Allen Gabriel. He was named Best Surgeon of 2025 by Newsweek Magazine. He is a driving force at the front of innovation and patient care in plastic surgery at AG Aesthetic Center in Washington. I myself have been skeptical of surgery in the past. Have you? Is it cheating? Is it vanity? Can we believe what we see on social media? But most surprising of all is the story of how Dr Gabriel landed in the US and this industry. Plus he shares the latest non-surgical treatments he's using to help patients feel confident in their own skin. If you or someone you love is considering surgery you’ll want to hear this conversation.

    • 215. Stop Micromanaging By Doing This Instead
      Apr 2 2025

      Key Takeaways

-CEOs and leaders often become bottlenecks in their organizations by micromanaging tasks instead of empowering their teams.

      - It's essential to go beyond surface-level problems to identify the root causes of challenges within a business.

-Leaders should strive to find a balance between micromanaging and abandoning their teams. This "option three" approach involves trusting team members while still providing necessary support and guidance.

-Regular self-check-ins are crucial for leaders to assess their mental and emotional states.

-Connection: Building strong relationships with team members and understanding their motivations can lead to a more engaged and productive workforce.
