Because here’s the thing… I've generally had a pretty good relationship with my body. Then I hit 30, then at 33 had a baby and suddenly it all feels a bit weirder.

In this episode I go all the way back — childhood, teenage years, my time modelling, the “health” phase that tipped into obsession — to unpack how our body image is actually built over time.
