Autumn is officially here 🍂🌿 and in today’s episode, I’m sharing some of the little things I’ve been enjoying lately - from walking barefoot through the forest, feeling the moss beneath my feet and smelling the rain, to making applesauce from all the apples we have at home. 🍎
While making the applesauce, I accidentally added an ingredient that wasn’t supposed to be there - and instead of seeing it as a mistake, it made me reflect on how freely and carelessly I allow myself to create in the kitchen. I don’t need everything to be perfect. I can make a mess, change things along the way, make mistakes and simply go with the flow. It made me wonder what could happen if I brought more of that same energy into my other creative projects - allowing myself to play, experiment and create without needing to get it right.
I also share something more personal - how a feeling of sadness I’ve carried for a long time has suddenly lifted, and what I believe may have helped it move through me. There’s something my womb has been asking for, and lately, I’ve been listening.
And now I’m beginning to notice little signs of something new growing in my life. 🌱✨
