Each episode will be hosted by a different member of the Walker Real Estate Group and in today's episode we have our host Manon Fredette interviewing Chad Robinson. Chad grew up immersed in real estate by his parents and began his professional journey early in life. He is a mortgage broker, real estate agent, investor, entrepreneur, author, and above all a proud husband and father. In this episode Chad shares stories of the past about how the real estate industry used to be and how it is cyclical in nature. He brings light upon the current market climate and identifies that there are many patterns. He also talks about his book on private lending and much more!
