À propos de ce contenu audio

After my position was eliminated also known as being fired from my job of 23 years, I decided to create a podcast to figure out what’s next for me.

Join me every month on the 18th as I share my trials and tribulations, navigating life’s unexpected turns.

Whether you’re facing a challenge, seeking a fresh start, or just need a distraction, I’m here to share my journey and hopefully put a smile on your face.

“What’s Next for Me” is about real stories, personal growth, and finding joy in the little things. Tune in and let’s figure out what’s next together.

Christmas hits different when you get older. The lights still look good, the music still hits the heart, but the gifts? Yeah… they’re not the main thing anymore. In this episode of What’s Next for Me, I talk about how Christmas has shifted over the years from tearing into presents like a kid on a sugar high to realizing the real gift is peace, presence, and the people still around the table. We get into nostalgia, loss, gratitude, and those quiet moments where you realize you don’t need much just a little love, a few laughs, and maybe some good food. If Christmas feels different for you too, you’re not alone. Pull up a seat… let’s talk. 🎄

This one right here… it’s a warm plate straight from my life to yours. Thanksgiving’s supposed to be about food, family, and gratitude, right? But sometimes the table comes with a little chaos, a couple of burnt edges, and a whole lot of lessons you didn’t ask for.

In this episode, I’m talking about what the holiday really feels like when you’re rebuilding—how even in the middle of setbacks, unexpected blessings still show up like that cousin who always brings the good mac and cheese.

I walk through the moments that hit me this year… the small wins, the emotional leftovers, and the way life keeps reminding me that gratitude isn’t just for the pretty parts. It’s for the stuff that stretched me, humbled me, and somehow still gave me a reason to smile.

So pull up a chair. Let’s laugh, reflect, and find a little hope in the season together. Because no matter what you’re going through, there’s always something worth saving a seat for.
