We, of course, are talking about the infamous jukebox musical from 2001, Moulin Rouge! Both Melanie and Saysha had a LOT of strong feelings about this one, and it brings up a lot of important side topics such as incel culture, the importance of universal healthcare, natural skincare, early 2000s fashion, and 9/11! We yap at LENGTH (or mostly Saysha does) about one of the greatest horror movies of all time, The Shining! We dig into some wacky fan theories, describe all the cursed hotels that inspired the Overlook, and discuss how much money it would take to get us to be a winter caretaker in a haunted hotel. Melanie also recounts the harrowing tale of her attempt to see this classic film in IMAX (spoiler: it did NOT go well!!!)
