      This first episode is personal. In 2022 my mother passed away from Lewy Body Dementia. I was her caregiver. My daughters Kiara, Lily and I chose the writing prompt "I Understand but it Still Hurts" and agreed to sit for 20 minutes and write. This episode is where we discover and explore the emotions our writing uncovered.
