How and why did you get into body building?  (a motocross accident left him with a serious back injury as a teenager) personal challenges built an impressive name for yourself as the "go to" man in the world of transformations.  Not just physical and CEO of the supplement brand KAGED MUSCLE which ships worldwide and is one of the highest rated and reviewed supplement companies in the world.

      How do you stand on macros? Keto? Paleo? Vegan? Carnivore?

       Kris is the founder of the DTP training method Dramatic Transformation Principle program. This involves numerous high and low rep exercises to activate both fast and slow twitch fibers.
