    • 40. Kira Ostergaard - Inner Peace & Ending Toxicity
      Dec 6 2024

Today's episode brings my friend, Kira, who is like a little sis to me. Kira also shares her new adventure of starting her own business and her reason for success. As my mini me, she also shares an appreciation for getting outside and grounding oneself with nature. We discuss what healthy means to each of us and the importance of staying true to who you are.

Additionally, we talk about the importance of ridding ourselves of toxic relationships and that it's ok to cut out family members or friends who don't provide you that peace. We specifically give credit to our moms, Asian immigrants, and how they are the strongest women we know and discuss our dynamics now that we are estranged from our fathers by choice.
