The boys were joined by Natalie Smith who shared her story about how she leaned into being an awesome P.T. She talks about how her training helped her confidence, overcome difficult circumstances and ultimately, shape a new career path. She is driven by helping others be at their best and feel better about themselves and as you will hear, is really inspirational and relatable. It was so refreshing to discuss a female's take on fitness and, trust us, her Friday night class is not easy!!

What can we say? This guest is the ultimate example of resilience, mental toughness and heart. Listen closely as he breaks down the numbers of what he achieved and why he did it. The how?....we still don't truly understand so we'll leave it up to the one and only Jack Pitcher to tell you his story, explain what motivates him and give us a sneak peak into what's next.

Side note: Fanboy didn't know the story before we hit record. We hope you'll be as equally amazed as he was learning about Jack's journey in real time.

We've been looking forward to this one for a while. Friends of the show, Marcus and Shane, return from season one as our first double guests. Four guys from three mothers just chatting like four brothers, debating our regular football topics and crying with laughter along the way. As ballers and coaches, it was fascinating to hear their insights into basketball and attitudes on the court before we got into the quiz which, this time, was different but equally entertaining.
