Blocks may feel like a hindrance but in reality, our Higher Self always does what's best for us. Let's find out what loving message this block may have for us, why we placed it, what is the block trying to protect us from, and with the same love and respect that we picked up the block, let's release it.
Let's open up ourselves to our creativity that exists within us everyday.
Tapping Points:
- (statement point) Side of Hand
- Eyebrow
- Side of Eye
- Under Eye
- Under Nose
- Under Lip
- Collarbone
- Side of Chest
- Top of Head
We only Tap on the Side of Hand at the very beginning as the statement point, and once I ask you to move to the Eyebrow point, we go rounds of Tapping from Eyebrow to Top of Head and back to Eyebrow again. After every pause, we move to the next Tapping point.
